Unity Palette

This is the sister palette to Flying Fiddles. 

• Contains 5 pigmented but blendable mattes, 2 shimmery duochromes and 8 outstanding, medium to high pearl shimmers. This palette is specifically designed for those who do not want to spend over $65.00 on a palette with too many multichromes, but still want a lot of shimmers. Note: Our other palettes have a higher pearl count and more multichromes, resulting in a higher price. 
• ⚠️Keep your palette in a cool, dry place. The shimmers in this palette are VERY shimmery and will require a good primer to prevent fallout and creasing.  Please be aware of this before purchasing.
• The shimmer eyeshadows and pigments may appear to be glitters, when swiped with your finger, however, this is a 100% glitter free palette with a smooth, butter like formula. This palette is vegan, talc free, glitter free, BHT free, does not contain mineral oil and will work best when applied with the fingers vs. a brush.
• Contains pressed pigments that may stain the skin. An oil based makeup remover is highly recommended.  Pressed pigments are not safe for use around the immediate eye area in the USA but are safe for eye use in EU. Pressed pigment shades are: Rose orchid, Serene Spirit, Petals, The Peaceful Path, Tranquil Tone, Mauve’s Mist, Live A Little and Balanced Brown 
• High amounts of organic sunflower oil may cause a natural scent over time. This is a scent is from the fatty acids mixing with the color pigments and does not have any effect the eyeshadow or pigment performance. 
• This is a magnetic palette that is made with 15% upcycled materials. The pans are removable and magnetic and made with 80% upcycled materials.  See our upcycling tab for more information.
• Note: variations in color settings, lighting and qualities of phone/tablet/computer screens, etc. may cause colors to appear different in person. Please use our product photos as a reference guide only.

Cancellations: accepted within 1 hour of placing your order. We are unable to change or add anything to your order.  If you need to cancel after 1 hour of order placement, there is $7.00 charge, however, please note that cancellation is not guaranteed. This includes preorders. We are also unable to cancel an order if your order shipped or is placed in our shipping queue. Please make sure that your order is accurate. Once your order has shipped or is placed in our shipping queue, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

Cosmetics: We do not accept returns on any cosmetic/makeup item due to the nature of the product. Empty Magnetic Palettes: can be returned new or used within 10 days of your confirmed delivery date. You must return the original product box and packaging to receive your refund. Shipping on your original order is non-refundable. 

Return to Sender: You are responsible for accurately entering your correct mailing address before checkout. You are also responsible for providing safe access to your delivery address for the mail carrier. If you refuse delivery of the shipment, or fail to pick up your package at your local mail depot (when a notice is left by the carrier), the order may not be refunded. If you entered your address incorrectly at checkout, resulting in a "Return To Sender", the order may also incur a $15.00 restocking fee, a 15% transaction fee and a $9.00 shipping fee. This means that you will be responsible for payment of all return shipping fees and /or abandonment fees on top of the $15.00 restocking charge and the 15% transaction fee. These fees are then used to pay our warehouse workers who picked and packed your order, warehouse labor to receive and look over your return to determine if it can be restocked, (please remember that we ship from Colorado and every warehouse laborer is paid a minimum of $14.50 per hour as of 2024) box fee, packing material fees, Shopify's transaction fees and mail carrier label fee.

Shipping Protection: If you took advantage of shipping protection at checkout and need to utilize the service, please contact us to file a claim. Shipping Protection is not refundable. Any order valued at $50 or above that is delivered but not received by recipient will require a police report for replacement. See shipping protection terms of service  for more details.

Upcycling means creating something new from discarded materials by repairing, refurbishing, or repurposing them. This process is done by machine and by hand and therefore there may be various "flaws" in the packaging that cannot be avoided during the making process. We also use upcycled metal to create our magnetic pans. Please be aware of this before purchasing as we do not issue refunds for packaging manufacturing flaws.

Though we can't do this with all of our products, we try and upcycle most of our products. Our foam is corn based and biodegradable over time. Over 40% of our mirrors are refurbished. Once an item has been upcycled, it cannot be recycled because plastics can only be recycled once or twice before they can no longer be of use. Note: When you open the box/palette, there may be a chemical smell from the packaging. This smell is a UV coat that we used to protect the palette as well as the foam and will fade over time.  It is a necessary part of making an uncycled product "look pretty".

Upcycling has no effect on the eyeshadow formula itself. All shades are removable and magnetic and can be stored in most magnetic palettes. Please visit our FAQ section for further information.

DHL International Shipping = Delivered duties paid within 8 to 30 business days. (See Canada exception below). Business days are Monday through Friday. If there are any carrier delays, they will be noted for you at checkout. Time frame for delivery is an estimated time and may vary due to local factors (ex. local mail strikes, short staff, etc). Only available for some countries. *Time frame does not include custom delays which can sometimes take up to 90 days.* Shipping, taxes and duties will be calculated at checkout. International shipments are subject to the import laws of their respective country’s customs department. Returned shipments will incur additional shipping charges as well as a $15.00 restock fee. Are you in Canada? Due to local bureaucracy at the Canadian border, DHL eCommerce Parcel Direct and DHL eCommerce Parcel Standard shipping will take up to 30 business days, Monday through Friday for delivery. That is about a month and half wait time. This delay is outside of our control.

Domestic Shipping:  If your order is shipping to an address within the USA and totals $200.00 or more, a signature may be required for delivery. Any order shipping to DE, OR or FL, will also require a signature for delivery. If you don't have anyone available to sign, please send us an email within 24 hours of placing your order and we will change it to normal delivery. Because we have less than 10 employees, we are exempt from the requirements of Prop 65, however, in the interest of transparency, we are working on transitioning our packaging and products, where applicable, to reflect this warning, shown below.
